1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 2ph85 platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application associated with 2ph85 — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is effective from the moment you click "Register" or otherwise create an account on 2ph85.

These terms apply to all services provided by 2ph85, including but not limited to: online casino games (live baccarat, roulette, blackjack), sports betting and betting odds, slot games, fishing games, sabong, card games (tong-its, pusoy dos, poker), and any promotional offers made available through the platform.

2ph85 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via platform notification and/or email. Your continued use of 2ph85 after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility as a player to review these terms regularly.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use a 2ph85 account, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).

2ph85 may require you to provide identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, source of funds documentation) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. This is a PAGCOR and anti-money laundering compliance requirement, not an optional process. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on 2ph85. Registering multiple accounts for any purpose — including circumventing deposit limits, claiming bonuses more than once, or continuing play after self-exclusion — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed with associated balances forfeited.

3 Account Responsibility

Your 2ph85 account is your personal responsibility. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not you authorized such activity. To protect your account:

• Keep your password private. Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Use a strong, unique password for your 2ph85 account that you do not use elsewhere.
• Enable two-factor authentication if the option is available.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Notify 2ph85 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

2ph85 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account that occurs due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your 2ph85 account or any funds within it to any other person.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of 2ph85 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. 2ph85 accepts no responsibility for any illegal use of the platform by players acting outside of permitted jurisdictions.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 2ph85 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP, ₱). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• 2ph85 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party payment provider fees (if any) are the responsibility of the player.
• Deposits are credited to your 2ph85 wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfer, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.
• 2ph85 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted and will result in deposit reversal and potential account review.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 60 minutes for GCash and Maya. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This includes submitting a valid government-issued ID and a selfie as required by PAGCOR compliance.
• 2ph85 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above ₱50,000 per transaction as part of anti-money laundering compliance.
• Withdrawals of funds that have not been wagered at least once (i.e., deposited and immediately withdrawn without any gameplay) may be subject to a processing review.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

2ph85 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all 2ph85 bonuses unless a specific promotion page states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement is stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period results in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses cannot be combined unless a promotion specifically states that they can.
• 2ph85 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time, with notice provided where possible.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion between players, exploiting technical errors, or employing mechanical betting strategies designed to beat wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports bets, and slot games may have different contribution percentages as listed on individual promotion pages.
• All bonuses are denominated in Philippine Pesos. If currency conversion is involved at any point, the PHP equivalent at the time of crediting applies.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all gameplay on the 2ph85 platform across all game categories:

• All bets placed on 2ph85 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed after confirmation, except in cases where the game or event is voided by 2ph85 due to technical error or event cancellation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface. 2ph85 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time.
• In the event of a technical failure that affects game outcome (e.g., disconnection mid-hand or mid-spin), the 2ph85 system will complete the round based on the game's internal state at the time of disconnection. Completed round outcomes are final.
• For sports betting: all events and markets are settled based on official results from the relevant sporting body. If a match or event is postponed beyond 48 hours or cancelled outright, bets are voided and stakes returned. Matches postponed and resumed within 48 hours of original scheduled time remain active.
• For live casino games: the game decisions of 2ph85's licensed live dealer studios are final. Disputes about live game outcomes are subject to studio review and the relevant game provider's complaint resolution process.
• For fishing games and slots: all outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Game RTP percentages are independently audited and available upon request.
• For sabong: settlement follows the officiating decision of the licensed sabong arena. 2ph85 accepts no responsibility for arena officiating decisions.

2ph85 reserves the right to void any bet it reasonably believes was placed in error, based on incorrect odds, exploiting a pricing error, or placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2ph85 platform. Engaging in any of these behaviors will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use 2ph85.
• Money Laundering: Using 2ph85 deposits and withdrawals to launder proceeds of crime. 2ph85 is legally obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using third-party identities, or employing systematic strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live games, poker, or sports betting to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or 2ph85.
• Automated Systems: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools, or any other automated systems to interact with 2ph85 games or betting markets.
• Hacking & Exploitation: Attempting to access any part of the 2ph85 platform not intended for player access, exploiting software bugs for financial gain, or interfering with the platform's technical systems.

8 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use 2ph85 solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 2ph85 content without prior written permission.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

2ph85 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within required timeframes
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Confirmed bonus abuse or multi-accounting
• At the player's own request
• PAGCOR or other regulatory direction

Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., where no policy violation is involved), any remaining verified cash balance will be returned to the player via the registered withdrawal method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

If an account is closed due to a policy violation, 2ph85 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation. If fraud or money laundering is confirmed, balances may be permanently forfeited and the matter referred to relevant authorities.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 2ph85 shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any losses arising from gaming activity, including casino games, sports betting, or any other wagering on the platform. All gaming losses are the responsibility of the player.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or system downtime that affect gameplay or transactions, where 2ph85 has taken reasonable steps to restore service promptly.

• Actions, decisions, or outcomes of third-party game providers, sporting bodies, or payment service providers that are outside of 2ph85's direct control.

2ph85's total liability to any player for any single incident shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the incident. Nothing in this clause limits 2ph85's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to:

• Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter) and related gaming regulations
• Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012)
• Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended
• The Civil Code of the Philippines

Any dispute between a player and 2ph85 that cannot be resolved through the platform's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players are encouraged to first raise disputes through 2ph85 customer support, which handles complaint escalations to PAGCOR where required.

14 Amendments to These Terms

2ph85 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 2ph85 will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Display an on-platform notification to all logged-in players.
• Send an email notification to the registered email address on file where possible.

Changes to these Terms become effective 7 days after the notification date for existing players. Your continued use of 2ph85 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using 2ph85 and may request account closure at any time.
